Do you have car parking?

Our Car Park is for Residents only. Please use the hotel postcode and follow the signage for parking.


We have a working lift for residents to use.
Our restaurant, coffee shop and bar facilities are all on the ground floor.
Please be aware that we do not have any ground floor bedrooms however guests can request a lower floor if required.


The Royal Wells Hotel is located in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells and is just a stone’s throw away from the Pantiles Shopping District, and many other attractions.


Are you dog friendly?

Yes, your four-legged friends are very welcome to visit The Royal Wells, however we do have a few house rules.
Firstly, dogs are welcome in mostareas excluding the hotel’s main restaurant. You are welcome to dine with your well behaved dog in our bar, lounge areas or outside in our courtyard.

In regards to staying with us, we do have a set few rooms in which we allow dogs to stay in, please phone us direct to book a dog friendly room.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in time is officially 3pm on the day of your arrival.
However, if your room is ready before 3pm you are welcome to check in early free of charge.

Check out is by 11am on the day of departure.

What time is breakfast served for residents?

Monday – Friday                07:00am – 09:00am
Saturday & Sunday           08:00am – 10:00am
