number  of these iconic buildings in our collection.
We have established a reputation for refurbishing,
revitalising and breathing life back into these lovely
inns, creating elegant, comfortable and well-priced
accommodation, tempting menus, relaxed and stylish
bars and coffee lounges where friends, families and
business people can relax and enjoy everything we
have on offer.

Breakfast is served between 7am to 9.30am Monday to Friday and 8am to 10am Saturday and Sunday

Car Parking is allocated at the front of our Hotel.

Fire Procedures

For your comfort and safety, we ask all guests to familiarise themselves with the fire evacuation procedure and fire exits. Please read the fire notice on the back of the bedroom door.

Luggage Assistance
Please ask Reception for help with luggage or luggage storage at any time during opening hours. Luggage may be stored in the hotel, without charge, for up to six hours after vacating your room.

Medical Assistance

Should you require assistance, please inform reception or call the local doctor’s surgery helpline: 01892 546422. The nearest minor injury unit is Crowborough War Memorial Hospital which is 18 minutes away. For more information please speak to reception.

No Smoking
Please be aware that the hotel, including all bedrooms, are non-smoking. The courtyard has designated areas for smoking. If guests are found to have smoked inside bedrooms, a will be made to cover further cleaning and freshening of the room. Each room is fitted with a smoke detector. Activation will incur further charges to the guest’s account.


We allow pets in the rooms on the 3rd floor only and in our bar area


Our restaurant hours are:

Monday to Friday 12pm – 3pm 6pm to 9pm

Saturday 12pm to 9pm

Sunday 12pm to 7pm

Booking is advised, please make your booking at reception.

Please ensure that your bedroom windows and doors are closed when you leave the room. We would like to draw your attention to the Hotel Proprietors Act displayed in the reception area and regret to inform you that the hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any guest’s property not handed in for safekeeping.
