At The Royal Wells Hotel, we understand that your wedding is unique. Our enviable position in the heart of historic Tunbridge Wells, flexible range of reception options and dedicated team of staff, will ensure that your wedding day is one to remember and cherish. Our Wedding Coordinator, Dee Short, will be delighted to discuss your individual requirements or to arrange to view the hotel's facilities and take in the beautiful surrounding countryside. To aide you in your decisions we have outlined the services we offer below.
The Conservatory Restaurant and The Alexandra Room
The Conservatory provides a splendid setting in which to enjoy a smaller function for up to
35 people.
It is light and airy with a view over the common and town to be savoured.
The Alexandra Room is ideal for the more intimate celebration.
Up to 50 people can be seated in this elegant Victorian styled room.
The Ephraim Suite
The main function room in the hotel, where we can cater for parties up to 90 in number on
A formalised top table and sprig arrangement.
A more informal seating with round tables would limit the number to around 80,.
For finger buffet receptions the room will cater for up to 120 on informal tables.
Menu choices are required at least one week before the event. Where there is a choice of
Menu, it is a good idea to keep a note of the individuals requirements to avoid any mix
Up on the day; a table plan may be of help in this matter too!

Civil Wedding Ceremonies
The Royal Wells Hotel is an approved premises for Civil Marriages.
The Marriage takes place in the Conservatory and Alexandra Room which is an elegant
Room overlooking the common at the front of the hotel.
The Alexandra Room holds 80 persons for Civil Ceremonies.
Room Hire is £250.00 if you are also having your reception at the hotel, and
£350.00 if you require the room for your marriage ceremony only.
Alternatively the hotel is now licensed to hold Civil Marriages in the garden area
Which has recently been renovated and landscaped. Prices on application.
